Maximum 1,000 USD per transaction (max. 3,000 USD per day)
Timeframe: 1-2 hours once transaction is processed.

How to collect:
- Once the transaction is processed, the sender will receive an SMS with the Wing 8-digit pick-up code from us.
- The receiver will get an SMS from Wing confirming the amount, and then visit any Wing location to present the Wing SMS along with the 8-digit code from the sender.
- The pick-up code is valid for 30 days.
IMPORTANT: The sender and receiver's mobile numbers must be correct and should not include the country code. To update the beneficiary's contact number, the sender will need to pay a new service fee.
2. CASH PICK UP - LY HOUR
Available currency: USD
Maximum 1,000 USD per transaction (max. 2,500 USD per day)

How to collect:
- Once the transaction is processed, the receiver will receive an SMS with the Ly Hour 9-digit pick-up code.
- The receiver can go to any Ly Hour locations and show the Ly Hour SMS to pick-up funds.
- The pick-up code is valid for 14 days. If the code expires, the receiver needs to renew it by calling Ly Hour at +855 8760 1111, +855 9560 1111, or +855 8876 01111.
IMPORTANT: The sender and receiver's mobile numbers must be correct and should not include the country code. To update the beneficiary's contact number, the sender will need to pay a new service fee.
3. E-WALLET - WING MONEY
Available currency: USD
Maximum 2,500 USD per transaction (max. 10,000 USD per day)
Receiver details:

- Wing account number (8–10 digits)
The Wing account will receive funds within 1 hour once the transaction is processed.
IMPORTANT: This service is available to Wing's money customers who have a registered e-wallet account. Providing incorrect e-wallet details will cause a delay and also incur an extra service fee to resend to the correct e-wallet.
4. BANK CREDIT
Available currency: USD
Transaction limit: 10,000 USD/ per transaction
Maximum limit: 10,000 USD/day per receiver.

The beneficiary’s bank account will receive funds within an hour once the transaction is processed during our business hours.
